- Listing data: property details, images and videos provided by sellers.
- Enquiry data: information you send us via WhatsApp, contact forms and calls.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device information and cookies for site functionality.
2. How we use your data
- To connect buyers with sellers for verified plot enquiries.
- To operate, maintain and improve the platform.
- To send transactional notifications relating to your listings or enquiries.
- To comply with law enforcement requests and legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Sharing
When you click "Enquire on WhatsApp", your name, phone and email are shared with the seller/administrator to complete your request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Your rights under the DPDP Act
- Right to access, correction and erasure of your data.
- Right to grievance redressal — contact our Data Protection Officer below.
- Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Despite best efforts, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
