These Terms govern your use of SatnaPlot.com ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
SatnaPlot.com is an advertising and listing platform only. We are not a real estate broker, agent or intermediary within the meaning of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"). We do not participate in any sale, purchase or transfer of property.
2. Listings and information
Property information is provided by sellers and cross-checked to a reasonable extent, but we make no warranty of accuracy, title, legal status or approvals. Buyers must independently verifyall facts (title, RERA registration where applicable, zoning, encumbrances, dimensions, ownership, tax dues) before entering any transaction.
3. Prohibited activities
- Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings.
- Listing property you do not own or are not authorised to list.
- Scraping, harvesting or automated data collection.
- Any activity violating Indian law including the IT Act 2000, IPC and DPDP Act 2023.
4. Free listing
Basic listings are offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features with notice. No refunds apply as no fees are charged.
5. Account termination
We may suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SatnaPlot.com, its owners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss arising from any transaction between buyer and seller.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
