Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of services
SatnaPlot.com is an information, listing and consultation platform. We do not buy, sell or transfer real estate ourselves. Listing your property is free. Optional paid advisory or featured-listing packages, if availed, are governed by this policy.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation requests for any paid service can be raised on WhatsApp or by email within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered or activated. Once a featured listing goes live or an advisory session is conducted, that portion is treated as delivered.
3. Refunds
- Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are net of applicable payment-gateway charges and taxes already remitted.
- No refund is available once a service has been fully delivered.
- Free listings, verification labels and organic buyer enquiries are not refundable services.
4. Property transactions
All property price payments, tokens, advances and registrations happen directly between buyer and seller. SatnaPlot.com is not a party to those transactions and cannot refund amounts paid to third parties. Please verify all documents and conduct due diligence before making any payment.
5. How to request
Contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp with your order/receipt reference. We acknowledge every request within 48 business hours.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
